In order to make a claim, please refer to your policy details or you can log in to the Insurance Document Management Centre 24/7. Where you will be able to access your policy, claims information and copies of current insurance certificates.

You can also ring 0207 099 1294 and ask for our claims information team Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm (excluding English, National and Bank Holidays)

 In the event of a claim arising as a result of criminal activity

e.g. vandalism, hit and run vehicle damage.

You MUST report all these incidents to the Police and

 obtain a crime incident number before submitting a claim.
